CERAMIC FOUNTAINS
The fountains, sculptures and basins found in this Ceramic Fountains section are made of high-fired ceramic. This is a great material for water features and outdoor art as it has a very tough surface, able to last for decades with no fading or wear.

Essentially the surface is glass, so you can imagine how robust it is. The artist is passionate about wanting his work to express truths about our nature and to somehow evoke a sense of spiritual presence. Gaudi created his magnificent architecture and parks in Barcelona 100 yrs ago using mosaic tile, and they still look as beautiful now as they did then.
