This is an amazing beaded deer figure done by the Huichol Indians of Mexico. The base is a ceramic form which has been covered with bees was and then the Huchol place one bead at a time onto the surface creating amazing figures and forms that are significant to their culture. This piece measures 10 inches long by 5 inches wide by 11 inches in height.
